Please note, regrettable currently fabric that we have cut to a custom length cannot be returned. We encourage you to use the swatch service before making a purchase if there is doubt over suitability.

Sewing Patterns

Sewing Patterns cannot be returned, however, if you consider the pattern is damaged then please contact support so we may rectify the matter.

Swatches

Swatches cannot be returned for refund, they are yours to keep or maybe pass along to another sewing buddy.

Faulty Goods

Faulty Goods. We ask that you check your purchase on arrival. Whilst we check all our fabrics and items coming from the various mills, human error does exist and if an item is sent in error or a damage found then please contact support so that we may rectify this immediately. You must report any concern within 14 days.

Distance Selling Regulations

CW Fabrics act in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations, which was designed to protect consumers rights over purchases made by email, mail order, telephone and internet. They are for business to consumer and do not cover business to business transactions.
