A robust, iron-on interlining that delivers a leather-like texture with exceptional stiffness—ideal for crafting structured items with professional results.

Use for Bag Making etc.

Ironing Decovil onto the outer fabric makes the interlining very stable but it still remains flexible. It is ideal when you wish to give your bag a softer handle.

• Heavyweight & Resilient
  Crafted from 45% cellulose, 30% polyester, and 25% polyamide, Decovil I boasts a firm, durable feel at approximately 400 g/m².

• Strong & Stable Structure
  Tear-resistant, dimensionally stable, resistant to bending, and punchable. Edges remain clean and it’s easy to sew—even through multiple layers.

• Creative Versatility
  Perfect for structured projects like bags, belts, hats, fabric bowls, and other interior design pieces. Works well with cotton, decorative, and synthetic fabrics www.vlieseline.com.

• Fusible Application
  Simply iron on the adhesive (shiny) side to the wrong side of your fabric using a damp cloth. Press gently for around 6 seconds per section, and allow cooling flat for 30 minutes to stabilize the bond www.vlieseline.com.

• Care Instructions
  Machine wash gently at 30 °C and dry-cleanable for easy upkeep.
