Decovil from Vlieseline

 

This is the firmer version of Decovil 1 ‘Light’

 

Use for Bag Making etc.

Provides an ironed on backing with a supple heavier leather feel.

Ironing Decovil onto the outer fabric makes the interlining very stable but it still remains flexible. It is ideal when you wish to give your bag a softer handle.

• to be sewn well

How to use:

1. Place the interfacing with the coated side on the wrong side of the fabric.
2. Then cover with a damp cloth and press the iron carefully for about 6 seconds, step by step each area.
3. Allow the pieces to cool flat for about 30 minutes, so that the adhesive can set properly.

 

Important notice

WE RECOMMEND TO TEST THE PRODUCTS BEFORE STARTING PROCESSING.

Care

• machine wash 30° permanent press
• dry cleanable

Colour

• Beige

Also suitable for painting and dyeing, paints should be applied to the adhesive side, as Decovil is highly absorbent.
